Aaron Tobias: President / Owner Aaron started testing in 1988 and has 19 years oilfield experience. He has 2 years experience on Foothills service rigs. His under balanced drilling career started in 1989. Aaron worked in Mexico for Pemex, as well as USA in Alabama, North Dakota, and Wyoming. He also worked offshore in the Jave Sea in Indonesia. Ken Thate: Vice President / Owner Ken has been involved in the gas and oil industry for nearly 30 years and is well experienced in this field. Two years of Kens' career was spent in Siberia, in 1993 &1994, as a Toolpush. He was responsible for the rebuilding of Russian wells, fishing and running electrical submersable pumps. Ken also trained the Russian rig crews on Western equipment and methods as well. In 1999 and 2000, Ken ran a snubbing operation in Argentina. His duties were many, and included writing programs for the jobs, supervising and overseeing jobs. Ken traveled to many different areas to meet with various oil companies. The purpose for meeting with these companies was to do presentations and seminars on snubbing technigues and consultations on snubbing operations. 
He also worked in the Ecuadorian Jungle for 5 years, from 2001 to 2006, as a Wellsite Supervisor. His time was spent mainly on Workover and Completion Rigs, and also included night relief on Directional Rigs.
